In addition, it may consist of the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. Any personal information is not linked. The purpose of the data is to analyse trends, manage the site, track users’ movement on the website, and gather demographic information.

4. Cookies

Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include a unique anonymous identifier. They are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your computer’s hard drive.

Like any other website, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can tell your browser to show you when a cookie is sent or refuse all cookies. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not use some parts of our website.

We use four types of “cookies” on this website. They are Technical or functional cookies, Statistics cookies, Advertising cookies and Marketing/Tracking cookies.

You can also view our more in-depth Cookie Policy.

5. Service Providers

We may call upon third-party companies and individuals. For instance, to support our service, provide the service on our behalf, perform service-related services, or assist us in analysing how you use our service.

These third parties have access to your Personal Information only to perform these tasks on our behalf. They are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

5.1 WordPress

If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data, and your device discards it when you close your browser. Pages on this site may include embedded content (for example, videos, images or articles). Embedded content from other websites behaves the same as if the visitor has visited the other website. In other words, these websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content. Also, this includes tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and logged in to that website.

5.2 LiteSpeed Cache

This site utilises caching to enable a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site admin but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary.

5.3 Google

To help us manage our advertising and website, we use Google’s AdSenseAnalytics, reCAPTCHAand Search Console services. The information Google collects typically include: your web request, IP address, browser type, browser language. In addition to this, you could have the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or set cookies on your browser. Upon visiting our website, we ask for your consent for different types of cookies. You can also opt out at any time by changing your preferences and removing your consent. You can do this through the ‘Manage Consent’ button at the bottom of the screen or by visiting our Cookie Policy.

Google uses first-party cookies to report on visitor interactions. Google uses these to measure user interactions on our website. In addition, Google uses IP addresses to provide and protect the service’s security. Also, it gives us a sense of where our users come from and how we can improve our services. We may also choose to use the data collected by Google Analytics for site personalisation or advertising purposes. In addition, it could include ad personalisation, re-marketing with Google Analytics, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting and other Integrated Services. Google use cookies to serve ads that are more useful to you, based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. You can also see Google Analytics’ currently available opt-outs for the web as a whole. You may also opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings

reCAPTCHA is used across our website to protect us from spam and abuse, including our contact form. Using our contact form could send personal data, including your IP address, to Google. However, the contact form itself does not:

  • Track users by stealth,
  • Write any personal user data to a database,
  • Send any data to external servers,
  • Use cookies.

See Google’s Privacy Policy to learn more about how they process data, how you can control the information collected by Google, what rights you have to see/alter/remove your data.

See their Advertising page for more information about Google Ads, how Google uses your information in the context of advertising and how long Google stores this information.

5.4 Mailchimp

Mailchimp is the platform we use for email marketing. Data is recorded and sent when you give your consent by ticking a checkbox as part of the form on our website. We also use a double opt-in system when signing up for our email marketing ‘Keep up to date’. In other words, it means we will only receive your data once you have confirmed your opt-in preference through a verification email. We collect data types, including but not limited to: names and email addresses.

You can opt-out of our email marketing by clicking on our emails’ ‘Unsubscribe’ button. For security reasons, Mailchimp automatically hides their full email address in the unsubscribe confirmation page and URL when someone unsubscribes from our email marketing. See Mailchimp’s Privacy Policy for more information.

5.5 WHMCS and Payment Gateways

We use the WHMCS platform installed locally to automate our ordering system. The tools we use include invoicing/billing/providing services/support. To purchase services, you are required to register an account with us. We will ask for some personal information as part of opening an account.

We securely store your data within a protected database. Collecting personal data about an individual to fulfil a contractual obligation (our services) is the lawful basis for collecting personal data.

We have taken all reasonable steps to secure your data as advised within WHMCS documentation.

Paypal

Paypal is a re-direct payment gateway that takes the client to the provider’s website to process payments off-site, meaning Paypal provides security for the transaction. You can find more information on Paypal’s Privacy Policy.

Stripe

Stripe is Tokenisation Gateway that can perform repeat billing by storing the original transaction details or a reference number. In other words, it does not hold the whole credit card number.

Tokenisation Gateways stores a token to use for processing credit card payments. The system won’t add the token until the client has submitted a payment through Stripe. The system will store the credit card details in the database directly until the client makes a payment on an invoice through Stripe. After the payment is complete, the system fetches the token and replaces the credit card details in the database. Storage of the credit card details can also happen when the client updates their credit card details or places an order, and it does not process the payment immediately. You can find more information on Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

6. Security / Transfer of Data Abroad

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

You can help protect your data by keeping your password confidential. We strongly advise you to enable two-factor authentication within your account for increased security.

If you visit this site from a country other than the country where our servers are located, your communications with us may result in transferring information (including your account information) across international boundaries. By visiting this site and communicating electronically with us, you consent to such transfers.

7. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to other sites that we do not operate. If you click on a third party link, your browser will direct you to that third party’s site. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
